We are moving to Vienna soon and are considering the Amadeus International School for our two children, a 14 year old girl and a 12 year old boy. Does anyone have any experience with the school and any comments to share? What is the quality of the teachers and the educational program? Thank you

As I understand, Amadeus is a boarding school offering IB with a particularly high attention to music - with the intake being strongly based around exceptionally musical children. I understand that the school is new (open since around 2012) but don't know anyone who has children there. In case you are wanting to compare fees, check out also the American International School in Salmannsdorf and the Vienna International School, or the Danube International School.
Vienna is like an Ikea sofa - you know you should upgrade, but why bother when it is this comfortable.
