I am conducting a study on the significance of Organizational support for positive repatriation experience.
The goal of this research is to address the repatriates’ viewpoint on the topic of factors that influence the repatriation success and to underline the most effective organizational support practices.
I kindly ask you to support my study by finding and recommending the appropriate interview candidates from your network.

Demographic profile of the study participants is:
Minimum one finished international assignment
Minimum two years on the international assignment in continuous duration
Minimum of one year has passed since the repatriation

Information about the interview:
Skype interviews will be conducted in a length of 30 minutes.

You might struggle for interviewees given that these forums are predominantly used by expats while away from domicile.
Vienna is like an Ikea sofa - you know you should upgrade, but why bother when it is this comfortable.
